Payment Terms
Price offer is prepared individually based on the specific inquiry.
Advance payment of 30% upon order confirmation
Remaining balance of 70% before shipment or upon delivery (as agreed)
Payment is made via bank transfer (in EUR or CZK) based on the issued invoice
Shipping terms
Transport: by truck or container (20’) directly to the customer’s warehouse
Shipping terms: as agreed – DAP, DDP or CPT according to Incoterms 2010
We deliver to: the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Finland, Lithuania, Romania and other EU countries.
We guarantee: adherence to the agreed delivery deadlines.
Manufacturing and Packaging
Production time: 4–8 weeks (depending on quantity and product type)
Each batch undergoes final quality control and is provided with production documentation
High packaging standards:
- Products are mechanically treated and secured against movement during transport
- We use multi-layer packaging, protective reinforcements, and anti-corrosion coatings
- Each shipment is labeled according to product type and warehouse placement
Support and Warranty
Warranty: 2 years (standard), 3 years for selected products.
Fast replacement: in case of damage, we provide a quick replacement upon submission of photo documentation.
